Anpalm was born from a simple idea: bringing the slow rhythm of the Seven Mountains into every glass, every seat, every corner of the café.

Every Palm Sugar Fresh Milk here begins with a 30m-tall palm tree on the Seven Mountains — harvested by hand at dawn by local Khmer families. No artificial flavors, no industrial sugar. Just real palm fruit, coffee roasted on site, and pandan leaves picked from our garden.
